RPM Die Cast.com Store Policies
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with the purchases you make at RPM Die Cast.com.If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange any item in its original condition within 15 days of the receipt of the package(s). Dealer orders, special order items, closeout items or items that have been personalized cannot be returned unless the items have manufacturing defects. In order for you to receive a full refund, all items you return must be resalable. This means, among other things, that diecast returns (including the car and box) must be undamaged and all apparel items must not have been worn, soiled or laundered and free of the smell of tobacco smoke.
For any merchandise which is defective in workmanship or material and for which you make a claim within 5 days after receipt of the merchandise, we will elect to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price. When making such a claim, you must complete our return authorization form and submit both the original packing slip and the defective merchandise itself (or a sample thereof), unless these conditions are waived by us in writing.
Before you return or exchange any item, you must first complete our return authorization form. Once you have completed this form, we will review your claim and issue you a return authorization number and instructions if your claim is valid. We will respond to your request within 24 hours. RMA (return merchandise authorization) are valid for only 7 days. After seven business days the RMA is no longer valid and any returned product will be refused. In order for you to receive a full refund, all items you return must be resalable. This means, among other things, that diecast returns (including the car and box) must be undamaged and all apparel items must not have been worn, soiled or laundered and free of the smell of tobacco smoke.
All credit card transactions and or merchandise returns after 90 calendar days will be issued a store credit no exceptions can or will be made.
Missing Items Policy
We often pack and ship orders that contain several items in separate boxes. Occasionally, the packages arrive on different days, even if we shipped them at the same time with the same tracking number.
Please allow the entire estimated total delivery time found on our shipping information page for your order to arrive. If the full estimated delivery time passes, and you still haven not received the missing item or items, please send an e-mail to cs@rpmdiecast.com and we will be happy to assist you. You must report missing items within 5 days of scheduled delivery date. If the Item is no longer available, or we feel it necessary we will issue a refund or a credit good towards a future purchase. Any refund for merchandise shall not include shipping and handling or replacement fees.
Damaged/Incorrect Items Policy
We strive to ensure that every order arrives on time and in good condition. Please inspect your order upon receipt to verify that all of the items have arrived in good condition. If you discover a damaged item, complete our return authorization form. You must report damaged or incorrect items within 5 days of receipt. We will not accept not accept returns without a valid return authorization number. We will respond to your request within 24 hours. You may also call 608-848-4345 and we will be happy to assist you.
Cancellation Policy
Most orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Special order items, closeout items or items that have been personalized cannot be cancelled for any reason. To cancel an order, please email us cs@rpmdiecast.com and we will be happy to assist you. Orders cannot be canceled online. All backorderered items will be shipped unless canceled by the customer.
Change Order Policy
Most orders can be changed up to 24 hours prior to shipping. Special order items, closeout items or items that have been personalized cannot be changed for any reason. To change an order, please visit our contact us page
Sales Tax Policy
We do not charge sales tax on orders that ship outside of Wisconsin. Orders that are shipped within Wisconsin will be charged applicable sales tax. If you're placing a wholesale order for a company located in Wisconsin and you have a valid retail tax certificate, please visit our contact us page
Shipping Policy
IMPORTANT NOTE: All applicable shipping fees and COD fees are non refundable.Orders that are refused by the cardholder, customer or any individual at the time of delivery are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee.No expception will be made. Acceptance and Delivery of Orders

This paragraph constitutes our sole obligation as to the merchandise, and you acknowledge that this paragraph sets forth your exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty or other duty related to the merchandise or quality thereof. Any refund for merchandise shall not include shipping and handling or replacement fees. At our discretion, we may charge a restocking fee, not to exceed twenty-five percent (25%) for returned merchandise. You bear all risk of loss from the time the merchandise is loaded onto common carrier to be shipped to you, regardless of whether you pay freight.
